How Does This Work?

 

Q: Does this all run on the web?

A: Yes.

Q: How does MojoTimer know how to do this?

A: Easy.  If you’ve used the “Quickbooks Timer” (included in Quickbooks) you export the timer file from Quickbooks.  This file contains the info on your staff, your projects and the categories of time entries.  Each staff member imports this into MojoTimer, then fills in a simple web form to record their time.  Then they press the “Export” button which downloads a file of their time entries, which you import into Desktop Quickbooks ready for payroll and billing.

Q: Really?  All my staff can use it for the total cost of $5/month and that covers everyone?
